We felt that was unacceptable - a game is a game is a game and if I pay for a game I expect it to work every time. We're working on a number of improvements for the next release based on the mountain of user feedback we had immediately after launch, so everyone can look forward to an even more fun and playable game in the not too distant future - we think we're maybe 3 weeks away from getting back to market.
