Forza 3, Wolfenstein and Brutal Legend demos now available

GO GO GO! the Forza 3 demo is first off the I have not been patiently waiting for this! I love the Forza series and it makes GT5 look like an old banger :) Whether it's a high-end sports car like the Audi R8 V10, a classic American muscle car such as the Dodge Challenger, a highly tunable Asian import such as the Nissan 370Z, a European exotic supercar such as the Ferrari FXX, or a purpose-built race car such as the Peugeot 908, everyone has a dream car. In Forza Motorsport 3, live the most realistic racing experience available…

Astero Defender is a space themed twin stick shooter where you must destroy the ever advancing waves of enemy ships. The balls are coloured red, green, blue and yellow and can only be hit when your paddle has changed to the respective colour by changing it with the buttons on the joypad. This may sound familiar as a similar idea was used in the WiiWare game Beat. (more…)

This opposing colour bullet principle was recently used in another Indie Game, AtomHex, to great effect, lets see how Duologue fares. (more…)

Dead Meat is a top down shooter where you must survive for as long as possible against an ever oncoming flood of zombies. There are a few games already out that are similar to this and unfortunately Dead Meat brings nothing new. There is only one weapon, a fairly useless pistol, which although can be made a…

Shellblast HD Review

Shellblast HD is a puzzle game where you must diffuse bombs within a time limit. The closest puzzle game I can think that it is similar to is a cross between Minesweeper and Picross where you must use numbers to find the correct location of the mines/squares, in Shellblast HD you must work out the location on a bomb with the numbers found on a horizontal and vertical bar. (more…)

Charlie Cat's Hot Air Balloon is a side scrolling shooter where you play the character of Charlie Cat in a hot air balloon who must destroy the evil Thomas Cat. It is a funny game with some quaint graphics but as a shooter it is a little boring and the levels are a bit too long. If…
