Marvel VS. Capcom 2 hits XBLA this week

This Wednesday, the second in the Summer of Games promotion, sees the classic arcade game Marvel vs. Capcom 2 punching and kicking it's way to Xbox Live Arcade. While the game has not received the full SF2HD new graphics treatment, it does have upscaled and enhanced HD resolutions and widescreen support. Xbox Indie Games launches

Yesterday saw the launch of the newly renamed Xbox Indie Games, formerly Xbox LIVE Community Games.  With the renaming comes some new features for indie developers such as the addition of Japan and Germany to its supported countries to submit software and a reputation system which will allow people to score games. Developers now have the opportunity to hand out up to 50 Tokens to the community as review copies for example and last but not least a new pricing structure. Playing This Week

This is the first in a weekly look at what I have been playing in the last seven days. Last Friday saw the dramatic '$£#% this game and near throwing controller at TV' after playing Call of Duty:WaW with some friends. Is it just me or has nearly every player started using the MP40 in the past couple of weeks. Until then MP40's were a problem but were easily dealt with as only a few people were using them.
