Upcoming reviews and some other stuff

This site has been open for just over a month and was originally a small experiment on running a games blog, so I thought I would post an update on what I have planned. I have been kept very busy with reviews of XBLA and Indie Games and over the coming couple of weeks I will be working on clearing the backlog of games to review. 360 Mega App Pack HD Review

Review by Matthew On firing up the self proclaimed Mega App Pack I was greeted by a black and white spinning background with the title in the foreground in a mixture of fonts. It was playing some repetitive electronic music at me so I pressed start to get to the main menu where the music continued and I was presented with a list of the applications contained in the Mega App Pack.  I’ll give a brief review of each of the 8 parts making up this compendium. Planet Delta review

Your traditional sphere dropping game sees coloured spheres being dropped from the top of the screen which fall to the bottom, when three or more spheres are touching they are removed from the screen until you clear them all. If you build up too many spheres and they reach the top of the screen it is game over. Planet Delta is essentially a sphere dropping puzzle game but with some twists. (more…)

Megalopolis Game Token Winner

Three new games for Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday

Now the Summer of Arcade 2009 promotion is over we should start seeing more arcade titles released instead of the one per week. This week sees three new games. Bomb Disposal Expert review

Bomb Disposal Expert is a puzzle game based around the childrens game of Simon where you must remember a sequence of flashing lights and then repeat them back to continue.
