We’ve wondered what the Nintendo NX was all about, and there’s been a fair amount of speculation going on for awhile. That ends today. Here’s the new trailer for the Nintendo Switch, the next piece of hardware from Nintendo.
Based on what we’re seeing, it looks like a seamless design where we can switch between a home console to a portable handheld in mere seconds. What’s more is that the sides of the portable look removable and they transform into two controllers and you can use the mini-screen to play multiplayer when you’re with a group of friends. Unlike the Wii U, it appears you can be anywhere and still play on the handheld portion, rather than being limited to being within 20-30 feet away. This looks amazing at first glance, but we’re interested in knowing the technical specs about the Switch.
