BitStream costs 400 :MSPoints: and is a horizontally scrolling racing action for one to eight players (two on each controller). The aim of the game is to race you vector lines against each other through the level which contains obstacles and speed ups. It is a good game from what I played, nice graphics and sound and features an online leaderboard for the best times. You can download the trial here.

Japanese RPG costs 240 :MSPoints: and is a Zelda influenced RPG. Unfortunately everything is in Japanese so I cant even tell you the name, Babelfish says it is [huenatsuku] unevenness thing abnormal play. I tried playing the game and you do lose a bit of the experience from the language, especially some puzzle explanations although you should be able to work them out if you are familiar with the Zelda games. You can download the trial here.

Japanese Jump (translator said It jumps with the colon) costs 80 :MSPoints: and is a automatic side scrolling platform game in which you must collect the acorns as you jump across roofs.  I liked this game a lot but the Japanese menus put me off as it takes a little messing around to get the game started. Please developers, make an update and add English language! At 80 :MSPoints: I would definitely recommend checking it out, a fun little game. You can download the trial here.

Madrism costs 80 :MSPoints: and is a puzzle/interior designer game. There are no instructions so I had to work this out myself from the images in the menu. You have to place the rooms and objects that fall and make them into a floorplan. It is a bit confusing at first but stick with it as it is a pretty good idea. You can download the trial here.

X Over costs 240 :MSPoints: and is a horizontal scrolling shootemup. Graphics were bright and colourful and plays at a good speed and easy to control. It did get a bit tricky later in the first level where the screen literally filled up with enemies and bullets, so be warned this is not an easy game. You can download the trial here.

And we will finish our round up of Indie Game releases with something nice and relaxing. Zen Sound costs 400 :MSPoints: and is a music instrument toy. You move the joypad around and press the A button and it generates musical notes. At 400 :MSPoints: this is no way worth it, buy Japanese Jump and Madrism for 80 :MSPoints: each and show support for devs who put a bit of thought into their software and charge a good price… and relax… You can download the trial here.

The guys from JForceGames let me know that they got their entry JForce: UNSTOPPABLE submitted to the Dream-Build-Play contest. JForce: UNSTOPPABLE is a top down shooter where you play as Jermaine Ubenheimer in a quest to find out what he really values in life 🙂 There is loads of blood and guts and zombies, so it gets a thumbs up from me. Here is a trailer of their game due out late this year.

That wraps it up for the Indie Games update. If you would like for us to review your game, post an update on the progress of your game etc. please get in contact.
