Charlie Cat’s Hot Air Balloon is a side scrolling shooter where you play the character of Charlie Cat in a hot air balloon who must destroy the evil Thomas Cat. It is a funny game with some quaint graphics but as a shooter it is a little boring and the levels are a bit too long. If you like cats in games then you will love this but otherwise just stick to the trial. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

Crazy Coins is an arcade style game where you must collect coins that are being spat out of an ATM using remote control piggy banks. There is not much to the game and you will get bored by the time the trial is over. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

Enemy at the Gate is an action game where you must defend the base by controlling a Jeep, Helicopter and Tank against the attacking enemy. It is a good idea but it soon gets very repetitive and once you place your vehicles in a good position you can defeat the enemy fairly fast every time. More variety and maybe some power ups or something would make the interesting and a game to check out. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

Filler is an arcade game where the aim is to fill 2/3 of the game screen with bubbles to complete the level. It sounds easy but there are bouncing balls in the game area which pop your bubble if they hit it when its being blown, so you have to time your bubbles. This is a really addictive game and I enjoyed playing it, well worth checking out! The game costs 240 :MSPoints: which I think could be justified from playing the trial, more information on the game here.

Graviton AI is a side scrolling shooter which has some strategic elements thrown in for good measure.  I have to be honest and say I found the game a bit confusing and also very tricky to stay alive, the help screen had loads of text to read and would have probably taken all the trial to read it. Graphics are nicely done and the game is fast paced and noisy with loads of sound effects. This could be a decent game so check it out. The game costs 240 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

Green Island is a retro style arcade platform/puzzle game. The aim of the game is to collect the bubbles on each level, you can create platforms using a device you carry which can also be used to activate switches for example. The game is put together very well and apart from a page or two of Japanese text at the beginning the rest of the game is in English. The music is very catchy, I am still humming it! At 80 :MSPoints: this is a easy recommendation for everyone to check out, a very nice game! More information can be found here.

Pulsar is a music creation tool in the style of a drum machine. This is the first one I have used that is actually plain and simple to use, all you do is fill in the square where you want the instrument to be played. I had a little beat up and running in a minute or two and it wasn’t too bad 🙂 It does cost 240 :MSPoints: so I am not sure if this will be an impulse purchase for many but it is worth checking out if you want an easy to use music creator. More information can be found here.

The Headsman is a strange release, I guess you could call it an interactive music video? A music video by Deathlike Silence called The Headsman is played in the background, you control the executioner and have to chop peoples heads off and make them land in the scrolling baskets which change in speed, height and score. It is a novel way to get your band noticed so I hope it does just that, as for the game you will be bored after playing a few times so I cant really recommend buying it, but do download and check out the song and video. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

Words Search is a puzzle game where you must find the words hidden in a grid. The presentation is basic but otherwise the game works well enough to play and there are options to create different size grids and number of words to find. The game does cost 240 :MSPoints: which I feel might be priced too high for the quality of the game. More information can be found here.

Hollow Ball is a tennis game for two players only. I did not have an extra controller at the time of playing this trial so I was unable to get past the menu. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.

2GoVids Rachel Star Stunt Show is… well I have no idea what it is because the trial version will not let you get past the menu. My guess is they are hiding something, probably how rubbish it is, so avoid like the plague. Whatever this title is costs 80 :MSPoints: and you can find more information here.

Update titles for either price changes or software updates are StrikeForce-Psi, Jigsaw World, Pocoro, Constructor360, Heli Good Spelunker, Battle Ball, Gogs, Arbor Vitae, In the Pit, Type Attacks, Track Architect, Galax-e-mail, Spirit Whirled and finally Downtown SMASH Dodgeball.
