18 new releases and 7 updates in this weeks round up of Xbox Indie Games.

Below is this weeks compilation video of all the new releases. Two games are missing, Decimation X3 gave me a blank screen in SD when capturing and the audio in CannonBotGo was so loud the audio meter was fully clipping so I decided to leave it out to prevent people going deaf.
The next two Xbox Indie Games Round Up’s will be on the Tuesday 21st and 28th instead of the usual Sundays due to Christmas Holidays.
Here are this weeks releases and updates sorted in a rough order on how good they are over three categories. Trial impressions have been wrote for the Geddon it! category games. Please take a look at all the games as something may interest you. Trailers for the new releases can be found on Page 2.
Geddon it!
SCORE RUSH is a 4-player shoot ’em up. This is a kind of ‘bullet hell’ shooter where you must dodge the large number bullets and still manage to kill the enemies. It is a twin stick shooter so you can fire in any direct which is a big help. The action is fast paced and frantic as the screen starts to fill with patterns of bullets. You get various kind of power ups which trail your craft adding more firepower to defeat the enemies. This game is pure fun and mayhem! Go buy it now! Curse of the Crescent Isle – Is a side scrolling platform adventure game much like Super Mario. You play the character of a King whose kingdom has been cursed, you must get rid of the curse. The game plays similar to Mario with the ability to jump on enemies and carry/throw them at other enemies or to get to out of reach platforms. The graphics are retro inspired which is always good for platform games. I am not sure how big the game is in terms of levels, but for only 80 :MSPoints: it seems like a good buy. DECIMATION X3 is another 4 player shoot ‘em up. It is a sequel to the #1 Japanese hit game and is back with plenty more to keep you interested. New graphics, more action packed gameplay, power ups and weapons. The game is essentially Space Invaders with more modern twists that are done very well. I am torn between Decimation X3 and Score Rush as my favourite game this week as both are great in their own rights. Chu’s Dynasty combines the strategic fighting of street-fighter with the multi-tiered 4 player fighting mayhem of super-smash brothers. Chu’s then adds a new twist to the genre with time manipulation. Fight through four campaigns and learn how the gods where born. Fight with up to 4 players in free for all and team modes. Football Games Room – Play football with friends in your virtual games room. No friends? Then play against the computer. Play one off Quick Games or compete against 16 other teams in a World Cup Tournament. 32 National Teams. 15 Built in formations or create your own to gain the extra edge. Drizzle is a Frantic, Fun Puzzle Game. The player must try to collect different coloured acid rain, using different coloured buckets. The overall aim is growing trees to restore the planet to a lush environment. Harvey the robot and his friends will help you along the way, but the hard work is really up to you! Fish Hunter – You are a fish in the ocean fighting to survive. Eat other fish, grow up, evolve and unlock new species. Watch unlocked fish in aquarium mode.
